Return Policy
At Frinding Your Zen your satisfaction is assured. We will be happy to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No questions asked! Please note that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Regrettably personalized items are nonrefundable.

  • Simply complete the return form on your invoice and return it with the item(s).
  • To ensure their safe return, package the return item(s) in the original packaging. Use the pre-addressed label on the other side and ship items pre paid to Finding Your Zen Returns 13351-D Riverside Drive #418, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423
  • For your security we recommend using an insured service that provides tracking so that you can confirm receipt (UPS, Fedex, USPS Priority, etc...). Finding Your Zen is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • Please allow 7-10 days from receipt to process credit.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on statement.
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable therefore all return shipping charges must be prepaid unless a manufacturer's defect was found. If assistance is needed please contact us at

  • Alas, price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.

Exchange Policy
Merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packing slip. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return item(s), we recommend placing a new order right away for the item you want to purchase to ensure it is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly. If you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items may no longer be available.

Exchange Instructions
Complete the Exchange portion located on the backside of your Packing Slip/Invoice and send with the item(s) you want to return to Finding Your Zen. We'll send in-stock items right away and charge your credit card once the item(s) are shipped. Once we receive the return item(s) we will credit your return. Regrettably we cannot refund the original shipping charge.
